‘Arise, shine; for your light has come.’ Isaiah 60:1 (NKJV)

It’s time to arise and wake up to all that you are! Stop living by the fickle opinions of the world, the deceptive opinions of the devil, or even your own opinions; they are simply not good enough. If you rise up and find your identity within Yehovah’s Word, you will be able to walk in His will and purpose, and grow into all that Yehovah is calling you to. Stand up, and believe what His Word says about you. Yehovah calls you many things: forgiven, loved, mighty man or woman of valor, precious child – in fact, the list is endless and it is all good. When you live out the life He has given you, then you will shine with His glory and will draw people to you who need Yehovah, like a lighthouse in troubled seas. The Bible says, “The glory of Yehovah is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but Yehovah will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you” (Isaiah 60:1-3). There is a time of growing darkness in this world – but the light you carry is far greater. Light always ruins, and confounds, the darkness. If you see things getting darker, it means this is the time that your light gets brighter. Arise and dare to be what Yehovah has called you to be, even people of influence and importance are drawn to what Yehovah is doing. Your life pushes back darkness and gives Yehovah opportunities to change troubled and confused lives. See yourself through Yehovah’s eyes and shine bright for Him, because this is your finest hour.
